Our clients range from major corporations with hundreds of delinquencies to sole proprietors pursuing recourse for a bad check.  Our vast experience has allowed us to achieve significant recoveries.  We pursue debtors assets from a variety of sources, including personal and corporate funds, investments, real estate, equipment, vehicles, future cash flows, etc.  We are aggressive, creative and ethical in our approach to these matters and litigate when necessary.
