Lynda Schultz
Lynda Schultz has proven experience in the area of family law, representing parties in the litigation and resolution of matrimonial and family related matters. She counsels clients on a wide range of divorce-related issues such as child custody, visitation, child support, maintenance and distribution of marital estates.
Additionally, her practice involves business, commercial transactions and surety law.
Before joining the firm in 1995,
Ms. Schultz spent eight years as Senior Claims Counsel, supervising
nationwide insurance defense and coverage litigation for the Law
Firm of Malloy & Kleinman, PC. Her experience also encompassed
general corporate and business law with an emphasis on mergers
and acquisitions, and employment agreements.
Ms. Schultz graduated from National
College of Education and received her Juris Doctor from the Illinois
Institute of Technology's Chicago-Kent College of Law in 1987.
She is licensed by the Illinois Bar and the Northern District
of Illinois, Federal District Court, Seventh Circuit. Ms.
Schultz is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, the
Lake County Bar Association, Chicago Surety Claims Association
and Surety Claims Institute Committee on Indemnity and Salvage.
She is the past President of the Insurance Women of Suburban Chicago,
and Public Relations Chair, Illinois State Chapter of the National
Association of Insurance Women.
